Forward deployed engineer

Who are we

We're a tight-knit, collaborative team on a mission to make knowledge accessible to everyone in an organization — building the durable layer where decisions, context, and institutional know-how live so no one is left hunting through Slack or piecing together what happened.

If you love working where curiosity is contagious, ideas travel fast, and the work you ship tangibly changes how teams think and build, you'll fit right in.

In the field, you will

• 🌍 Embed directly with customers to solve real, high-stakes problems hands-on

• 🔍 Own the full arc from discovery to deployed solution

• 🔁 Partner closely with product & engineering

• 🤝 Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers

• ⚖️ Balance shipping speed against long-term maintainability

• 🛠️ Explore new tools and stacks to match whatever environment the customer runs

• ✨ Uphold a collaborative team culture while operating independently in the field

We're looking for fullstack builders who are energized by ambiguity and customer contact: people comfortable scoping a problem on the fly, building the solution, and deploying it themselves.

You may be a good fit if you

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Experience: 1+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams. Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments.

• Technical skills: Knowledge in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar). Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.

• Product focus: Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback.

• Inclusive mindset: Values different perspectives, creates space for input from others, and helps foster a positive team culture.
