Infrastructure IT Operations Engineer (Batam)
The Infrastructure IT Operations Engineer will be responsible for overseeing IT infrastructure, service delivery, and operational excellence across Nscale’s Batam sites. This role ensures high availability, security, and performance of enterprise systems and site-level IT environments supporting critical Data Centre operations.
You will lead regional IT teams and vendors, drive operational standards, ensure compliance, and act as the primary escalation point for IT-related matters within the region.
This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong technical depth, operational discipline, and experience in mission-critical environments.
